1.英國售貨機里藏真人為顧客服務(wù)

    顧客從自動售貨機里買東西，這似乎是一件再平常不過的事情了。但是最近一段時間，安置在倫敦維多利亞火車站火車站內(nèi)的一臺售貨機，卻引來很多人的圍觀。這究竟是怎么一回事呢？原來，秘密在這里，售貨機后面藏了一個大活人。顧客投進硬幣后，藏在后面的人會問顧客想要哪個商品，之后再把商品扔進洞里，顧客取出商品后，向售貨機豎起大拇指，表示交易完成。人工售貨機是由英國的一家食品公司安置在這里的。公司市場部經(jīng)理表示，之所以這么做，是希望每天都像機器一樣忙碌工作的/都市人，能從與陌生人的交流中獲得快樂。

    日本宇都宮的一家餐廳Kayabuki 雇用了2只日本獼猴當(dāng)服務(wù)員，一只是12歲的Fuku ,另外一只是4歲的Yat .這兩只猴子每天工作2小時（日本動物權(quán)益條例規(guī)定）,它們穿著特制的服務(wù)員制服，為客人遞送熱毛巾或啤酒。讓人驚奇的是它們似乎還能聽懂客人的話，有些客人要加啤酒的時候，它們真的就會又把啤酒送過來。2只猴子服務(wù)員的報酬就是可以有豆子吃。
