此次只將貼壁轉(zhuǎn)染、活體等進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)于大規(guī)模的轉(zhuǎn)基因的應(yīng)用,由于BTX公司有新的發(fā)展,故此次未將其列入,待下次完善后補(bǔ)充。

1、         Adherent Cell Transfections (ACT)貼壁細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染

•        In-situ electroporation of cells in the dish or on a slide.

  在培養(yǎng)皿或玻片上細(xì)胞的原位電穿孔   

•        Applicable to primary cells (HUVEC, primary Neurons, etc.) and other adherent cell lines.

 用于原代細(xì)胞(人臍靜脈內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞,原代神經(jīng)細(xì)胞等)和其他貼壁細(xì)胞系

Benefits of ACT 貼壁細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染優(yōu)點(diǎn)

2、         In-Vivo Gene Delivery (IVGD)活體轉(zhuǎn)基因

Delivery of DNA directly into tissues of live animals using electroporation.  Facilitates studies in gene therapy, DNA vaccination, cancer therapy,  transdermal drug/gene delivery, etc.

使用電穿孔方法直接將DNA轉(zhuǎn)入活的動(dòng)物組織,有利于基因治療、DNA疫苗、腫瘤治療等的研究

•        High level and long lasting expression

•        No toxicity (compared to lipofection)

3、         In Ovo Gene Delivery 卵的轉(zhuǎn)基因

Electroporation in ovo gene delivery requires the use of genetrodes to deliver electrical pulses into developing chick embryos. The avian system is classically used to investigate questions of vertebrate development. Information gained on chick embryogenesis and fate of cells over time after genetic alteration is very valuable.

電穿孔用于卵的轉(zhuǎn)基因需要使用genetrodes來向發(fā)育中的雞胚傳遞電脈沖。這個(gè)鳥的系統(tǒng)是用來研究脊椎動(dòng)物的經(jīng)典模型。在雞胚發(fā)生和轉(zhuǎn)基因發(fā)生后的結(jié)果是非常有價(jià)值的

•  Organotypic culture electroporation (ie. Brain slices)

  器官培養(yǎng)電穿孔(如腦片)

•  Intact Plant Gene Delivery (IPGD) : using Tweezertrode, Caliper Electrodes or 2 Needle Arrays to deliver molecules into intact plant tissues. No need to digest cell wall. Efficient method for transgenic plant generation.

  完整植物轉(zhuǎn)基因:使用Tweezertrode, Caliper Electrodes or 2 Needle Arrays 電極將分子轉(zhuǎn)入完整植物組織。無需將細(xì)胞壁消化。是產(chǎn)生轉(zhuǎn)基因植物的有效方法
